All magebot accounts are now reset every tuesday at 14:00 Central USA time. So if you need to format your computer or change/remove computers best to do it late Monday in order that you dont have to wait too long for your old computer ID to be fully cleared from the system.
3 more things:
1.If you need to get the email resent got to http://www.tibiadb.com/resendkey.php
2. If you bought an old key before December, use the PAYPAL email you bought from.
3. If your account says -1 or 0 computers instead of 1 or more, that means your payment was invalid. Possibly the person who bought for you canceled the payment.
4.Dont forget Magebot is designed to be 1 license per computer, if you use the same key on multiple computers should buy a second license for that account or you will probably get this message
